Who is responsible for your details

What the quote form collects

When you fill in “Request a quote” on the About & Contact page, the form uses only these fields:

• your name,
• your phone number,
• your postcode or town,
• the service you need,
• the job description you type in.

Photos are not uploaded through the website — you attach them yourself in the WhatsApp chat, only if you choose to.

Where your details go

Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled as a message. Nothing is written to a database, and no copy is kept on this website — there is no account system, no contact list and no newsletter.

Once the message is sent, your details are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) as part of your chat with me. WhatsApp messages are protected by end-to-end encryption. Their use of your data is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

What this website does not do

• no cookies and no cookie banner needed — nothing is stored in your browser;
• no advertising, tracking or analytics scripts;
• no third-party marketing and no newsletters;
• your details are never sold or shared with anyone else.

The site is hosted by a website platform, which may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and uptime. Those logs are not used to identify or market to you.

How long your details are kept

Your quote message stays in the WhatsApp chat history on my phone for as long as it is needed to arrange and finish the job, keep basic records of work carried out, or answer a follow-up question. Ask me at any time and I will delete the message and any notes made from it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Email serhiimozghovyi757@gmail.com and I will handle the request free of charge, normally within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this page changes, the “Last updated” date at the top is updated. Continued use of the site means the version you are reading now applies.
